Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A 10% restocking fee is assessed on all returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
WarrantyAll Jungle Jim's products carry a two-year weld warranty. If any weld breaks within two years of the date of purchase it will be replaced at the manufacturer's expense.
For fastest service, take your equipment to the dealer you purchased the equipment from and they will file a claim directly with Jungle Jim's. If you are experiencing problems locating a dealer or are having difficulties finding a dealer to service your equipment, please call Jungle Jim's warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY
Seller, Jungle Jim's Accessory Products, Inc., warrants that the Trimmer Rack product (the "Device") will comply with applicable laws governing the operation of such Device. Seller further warrants that the Device will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date that the Device is purchased. During the stated two year period, Seller will make any repairs required without charge, but only if the Device Is returned to the Seller for repair. Any parts which were not defective and which are replaced shall be replaced at an additional cost. Seller shall not be required to make any repairs or replace any part if the Device was abused or not operated in accordance with the printed instructions, which were provided with the Device. After the Initial 2 year period, Seller shall have no obligations or liability to the Buyer for any repair of the Device. The warranties provided here under shall not apply if the Device has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse. Seller makes no warranty whatsoever with respect to accessories or parts not supplied by it. Further, this Warranty shall apply only to the "original buyer." Original buyer shall mean that person or entity who first acquired the Device. Seller does not warrant this Device to meet the requirements of any safety code of any stale, municipality or other jurisdiction, and purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use thereof whether used singly or in combination with other machines or apparatus. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEW OF THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE AND ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE SOLE LIABILITY OF SELLER UNDER THE WARRANTY SHALL BE THE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS, NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS, OR OTHER REPAIRS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN THE DEVICE IN PROPER WORKING ORDER. THE SELLER SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ITS CONTROL OR BY ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE OPERATION OF THE DEVICE IN ANY MANNER NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED WITH THE DEVICE. MODIFYING THE PRODUCT IN ANY WAY WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
