Jungle Wheel’s Bracket & Wheel Replacement

It has come to our attention that some of our Jungle Wheels have the potential to have a bracket or wheel defect. We have listed below what you need to look for. We want to assure you that only a small percentage of Jungle Wheel units are affected, and we will replace all defective pieces immediately.

1. Brackets- Tabs welded only on front
Some of the bracket tabs were not welded on both the front and back of the plate, and have the potential to break. If you have a bracket that the tabs are only welded on the front and you notice any cracking or breaking, please discontinue use and contact Jungle Jim’s immediately for a replacement.

2. Jungle Jim’s Wheels- Blowing out, metal coming through rubber
We have also discovered some of the wheels with “Jungle Jim’s” written on the side wall are defective and have steel wires poking through and are separating from the rim. Jungle Jim’s has worked very closely with the manufacturer to remedy this problem and we will be happy to make a full wheel assembly replacement for any wheels that are defective.
